- Each team is responsible for their own transportation to and from the Games. It is recommended that designated driver’s be selected before the Games begin. Should your team chose to forgo the designated driver rule, there is ample space available for camping on and around Mount Clyde
- All activities will be happening outside and you should dress according to weather conditions. Please note: The Games will continue into evening hours and it is recommended to bring a sweater, light jacket and head lamp if possible
- Should you wish to be part of the Games but would not like to be a part of a team, several spots are available on the Beer Olympic Committee. The B.O.C. will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Beer Olympics by assisting with judging of events, tracking of team scores, awarding medals, as well as setting up and taking down games. Please contact the Head of the Beer Olympic Committee (HOTBOC) by email to confirm your desire to be part of the B.O.C. (mountclyde@gmail.com)
- Spectators are also welcome to enjoy the Games and all the benefits of attending.
- There will be an entrance fee for Spectators and the Beer Olympic Committee which can be paid upon arrival to the Games
- Certain beverages will be provided. These include: kegged beer and bottled water. Alternate beverages are also welcome at the Games but will not be provided by the Beer Olympic Committee.
- Barbecue dinner will be provided. This will include hamburgers, all beef hotdogs, possibly sausages and baked potatoes. The B.O.C. is asking for donations in the way of salads and desserts. Please inform the B.O.C to ensure no duplication by emailing: mountclyde@gmail.com
- The taking of narcotics or other performance enhancing drugs is prohibited from the Beer Olympic venue. Anyone caught with illegal substances or with giving alcohol to minors will be disqualified from the games and will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.
